  This company provided the bouquet and buttonhole hole for my daughter's wedding. As this was a destination wedding, all communications (including changes to design and delivery time) were via email. Regardless, the flowers were delivered to the hotel early, were as ordered and gorgeous. Huge thanks to them for providing a great service and a high quality product.   Pricey and unprofessional! I came in and showed a pic of the bouquet which I wanted to get to a middle aged man who coud speak English well. After asking me if there was written the price in the website (!!), he talked a bit in Spanish with the others and agreed that it was around £40. Then they told me that they didn't have purple roses and they could substitute with something else purple, same for the green leafy part. I said it was fine for both and I was hoping for a discount. Nothing. Then they've suggested to add a rose for the hubby, fine but that was £10 more! So when the guy asked me if I wanted delivery I said no saying that I didn't want the thing to cost me more. And he didn't say anything else (!!) so we agreed on the pick up time at the shop. Then another guy, a Spanish speaker, came and he asked me where to deliver, to which I said no thanks as it may cost too much. To that the Spanish guy replied that it was free of charge!! I'm grateful for the Spanish speaking employees, but the middle aged man who speaks English well is quite unprofessional!! Still, despite the price I've enjoyed my bouquet. Então, quando o cara me perguntou se eu queria entrega, eu disse que não, dizendo que não queria que a coisa me custasse mais. E ele não disse mais nada (!!), então combinamos o horário de retirada na loja. Então outro cara, que fala espanhol, veio e me perguntou onde entregar, ao que eu disse não, obrigado, pois pode custar muito caro. A isso o espanhol respondeu que era grátis! Sou grato pelos funcionários que falam espanhol, mas o homem de meia idade que fala inglês bem não é profissional! Ainda assim, apesar do preço, gostei do meu buquê.

Everything was tailored to our wishes (bridal bouquet, boutonniere, the arch decoration, flower girl's Headdresses, 9m aisle decor, champagne flutes and petals) despite such short notice!
