  Casa De Flores did my wedding flowers and they were so gorgeous!!! Honestly they were beyond my expectations as I gave them somewhat free reign and the price was unbeatable.   If you have not yet experienced the art and love that goes into every arrangement leaving this shop, you are missing out! It doesn't matter if it's a little hand tied for your neighbour, a dozen roses for your special someone, or your wedding bouquet, the arrangements are always perfect and not one detail is missed. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. My wedding bouquet lasted weeks after our special day! The staff are very friendly and accommodating (even on short notice) Thank you for your love and passion of your craft and all that you have done the past 15 years in the community.   I called for a same-day pick-up for a floral arrangement and the customer service was excellent! I described what I was looking for and the bouquet that they created went beyond my expectations. The range of unique flowers and colours was stunning. My friend absolutely LOVED the bouquet - she remarked that she couldn’t stop looking at it.   What an amazing florist!!! Had Lisa help us get the flowers together for our wedding day and everything came out perfect. We only had a small idea of what we wanted for flowers and Lisa took our idea, ran with it and made it exactly what we had envisioned. Amazing florist with an eye for detail and perfection.   I live in Ontario and my sweet daughter in law lives in Ab. I had tried to find a flower gift shop near her, as her Gramma passed away. I contacted Casa De Flores in Olds Ab. They went above and beyond to find the right flowers and ornaments I needed to go to her and her mom and sisters. They really were so supportive and professional. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service and patience shown me!! Really appreciate your help! Went in late Friday afternoon, just before Mother's Day & WOW!! What a incredibly unique store... So many fantastic gift ideas, I had to rethink the idea I had originally & i'm sure glad I did!! Staff were so kind & friendly, and gave suggestions I hadn't thought of.   My husband ordered a bouquet from this location yesterday and WOWZA... it was beyond amazing! I love it!!! The staff took time on the phone to understand what he was asking for, they even sent him pictures of some of the flowers so he could pick the ones he wanted - they went above and beyond to make this the most beautiful bouquet I have ever received!   Hands down this is the best gift shop I have ever been in!!! Since covid I haven't liked going into any stores, as I can't breathe w/ a mask on. I called the store & asked if it was ok if I could come in & the lovely helpful person I spoke to said that the store does not discriminate against anyone & ALL are welcome.   I love the friendly, family atmosphere I always get when coming in here! It’s not just flowers, they have the coolest little unique items as well in shop. My mom always loves to pop in when she’s in town because of the cool one off items the shop has to offer. It’s the one place you need to pop in and see when you visit our town.   Haven't been to Olds in years, but a friend recommended this store, to have a look next time I was in the area. Decided to stop by last week & HOLY.. what an amazing lil shop and the staff treated me like family, (I wondered if all small-town stores were like that but after visiting another shop close by, I quickly realized that's not the case).   Called on Wednesday, recommended by the Heartland Funeral Home, and left a message (the message indicated they were dealing with a customer and would get back to me) to arrange for an arrangement for a funeral service on Friday. Received a callback on Friday....after the funerals service had already started.....fortunately I chose to go with an online arrangement. The woman who contacted me was adamant that she would not have been able to supply my order because she apparently doesn't listen to her messages for 2 days....even though the funeral home told me to contact her........wow.....there must be a lot of need for funeral flowers in Olds Alberta for this to be too much for this flower shop.
