The story: I went to this florist twice: The first time I waited 5 min without a "hello" I lost patience and I went to another florist "Florista Primavera" in Baleia that I recommend! Super nice and helpful compared to this embittered woman. The second time was today, my girlfriend came inside, there was still this woman who did not speak to her a single word. Then when she asked for a bouquet she said to her I quote "I don't have time, come back in 45 min, otherwise go elsewhere" So, my girlfriend had to buy 2 separate bouquets and make her flower arrangement, by herself at home!
