  This place is the gold standard of florists! Friendly staff, gorgeous selection, and great prices. On more than one occasion I needed helium balloons early in the morning for a school event, and the staff had them ready right at 9 am when they opened!   Had a great experience working with this florist. They were able to send out same day service for a birthday bouquet for my moms birthday. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria. She advised me with the type of flowers that were in bloom, confirmed the address via text and sent me a picture of the finish product for my approval.   I live in Arnold Mo. I think this is my 3rd time ordering flowers from A New Creations amd gifts for my granddaughter who is in the Marines stationed at Twentynine Palms. I know they are going to give my granddaughter a beautiful arrangement for Easter. I have been very pleased with the flowers and the service that I have received. My granddaughter has been very pleased too. The staff have always been very helpful, nice, courteous and patient. I would recommend them to everyone.   My gentleman friend recently bought me flowers for my birthday from this florist (New Creation Flowers & Gifts) The arrangement was breathtaking! It was L-shaped with a Protea as the center focal point. Purple orchids shaped the L, with large leaves forming a background. It is truly one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever received!! I even had to show it to all of the people in my Zoom meetings, and they have all "ooed" and "ahed"! Personally I have always found Faith and her staff to be friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy.   I would first like to say that the delivery service is top notch, I wasn't home when they were delivered (nor was I aware that I would be receiving flowers that day) and they called me to let me know where they were and that they were in a nice shaded place and they were exactly in the spot described when I got home an hour later. Also the arrangement was expertly done and absolutely stunning and the roses were incredibly fragrant. That being said I'm a little disappointed because the arrangement arrived on a Friday and was completely wilted by Monday. Now I know they're cut flowers but I've had store bought flowers that would last me a whole week sometimes more and I kind of expected a longer life on flowers from a professional shop. I even tried putting some flower food in the water when I saw the roses had started to wilt, which usually does the trick and perks them up but it didn't work this time. Not only that but when I sent a picture to my husband who had sent the flowers he said they were not what he had ordered, apparently he had paid extra for a special type of two toned rose that was not put into the arrangement. I would definetly order from them again because it might have just been a fluke but I'm kind of bummed about this experience. Rather than ask me if I want something else delivered they simply cancelled it and then refunded me. No time to get anything there in time.   my husband ordered flowers for valentines, I saw the picture of the bouquet he ordered, when I received the flowers it was small and it did not look pretty at all, I was very disappointed, my husband paid a lot of money and he even made it a deluxe order but it was not at all what I expected, the whole bouquet was small, for the amount of money my husband paid it should have been a lot better.I would never buy or order flowers from this shop.
