  I ordered a light pink peony bouquet for my graduation, but when I received it, I noticed most of the flowers were white and the way it was wrapped was with a large excess of plastic, making it look bridal and also awkward. I expressed my discontent with the owner and he appeared combative that I questioned the quality of the bouquet but also incompetent, unable to fix the bouquet because he physically didn’t know how to make it. Luckily, I was reimbursed for half of what I paid ($50 of $100) but I had to fight hard for that refund. I promise you, Trader Joe’s would have delivered an exceptionally better bouquet for a quarter of the price and without the attitude. PLEASE DONT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE.   Jimmie created the most amazing florals for our wedding this past September 2017. He not only worked within our budget but worked with us to translate exactly what we were imagining into reality. We live out of town and he was flexible and met with us whenever we were visiting Boston. He is so knowledgeable and used his expertise to provide advice and recommendations. We were able to re-purpose the flowers used during our ceremony for our head table. I have had so many guests from the wedding ask us who did our bouquets and centerpieces. Jimmie really is just absolutely incredible and we can’t say enough great things about both him and our wedding experience!   I ordered the Colorful Wreath for a funeral. I didn't dare hope the wreath would be as beautiful as the photo on the website, but it absolutely was - even more so. I was completely pleased.   I called after the cut off time for same day delivery, but the lady I spoke with was completely understanding and made an exception that got our flowers out the same day. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommend!   Coming in clutch on Valentine’s Day. Also the lady answering the phone is on top of it and super sweet. I could imagine how stressful of a day they must of had and her attitude was 10/10.   I have no yet received my flowers BUT I have been greeted and helped with the most wonderful customer service. I just ordered 5 arrangements for mothers day next weekend. They were all customer and specific and there was no problems coordinating it all, even the delivery. I am looking forward to seeing how they come out. Not only was he reasonably priced but he worked with my budget to still give me exceptional flowers even when my table sizes changed.   I didn't get to take a picture of my bouquet but Susan the owner did such a great job making my bouquet exactly how I wanted. She made suggestions and always asked my opinion on what she could do to make it what I wanted. My daughters baby's breath crown and my husbands boutonnière came out perfect! So happy I chose her to arrange my flowers! I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks Susan!
