  You can make your own bouquet and pick your stems, the place has a very comfortable and cottagecore kinda atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. I got a bouquet for $17.17 (Taxes included) Before taxes $15.50 Way better than where I come from. Currently in Tracy, CA and a bouquet is about $40-60 and it isn't custom so you can't pick your own flowers or make a smaller bouquet if you wanted to. Everyone that works here is friendly and patient, so it's very welcoming. No one rushes you if you're looking at flowers or pressures you into buying anything. Idk what other people have experienced but no one's ever been rude here. On the phone too, they are very friendly.   My grandmother ordered flower delivery from Karen’s for my birthday and they were absolutely beautiful. I was shocked at just how long cut flowers can last, I got to have them for just over a month! I’ve never had such longetivity out of a bouquet.   For years, the best, most beautiful, and soecial flower shop I have EVER been to! This is THE go-to place for artistic arrangements, mothers' days, and proms. Growing up, my daughters and i called this the "magic shop" because it always just feels magical to go there. I love that you can by all of your flowers individually to make the most exquisite bouquets And trust their tastes. They always add beautiful greenery to make the bouquets so amazing.   Ordered flowers for my mom and she had to wait the entire day and she had things to do. Delivery takes forever and customer service is not professional they are rude when talking to customers on the phone her name is either jasmine or Karen, they hang up on you. And I will not EVER DEAL WITH THEM 👎👎👎👎. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m letting my friends and family know not to deal with them... I’m sticking with Fred’s Florist they by far have better service flowers and arrangements plus the entire staff is very customer oriented.   They heart flower arrangement was beautiful and was just like the picture in book. Very friendly service and many choices to choose from. I would of of gave 5 stars, but the ribbon Was not made across the heart as ordered. They did offer some flowers for my Dad's grave site and a apologize.   I have used Karens Flower Kottage for so many years. When Karen was there my arrangements always had an extra kick to them ... not just flowers in a vase. I have continued using this flower shop even with Karen retirement and Dale taking over. I do not use any other florist ... beautiful flowers and arrangements.   They went way above and beyond!! I picked out a floral arrangement that had a couple dead flowers and they said they would spruce it up real quick (for the same price) and they made it amazing.
